Exclusive holiday home with a swimming pool where the Swedish building tradition combined with a good architecture have created a unique house. It is situated on a sheltered wood and nature plot. There are a large, partly covered terrace and a lovely balcony. The pool division offers a swimming pool with countercurrent circulation, a childrens pool, whirlpool and sauna. The entrance room and the bathrooms have heated, oblong floortiles. The living room has a glass wall so that you can watch the bathers. The house has an exclusive interior, lovely colours and many interesting details. Water costs 50 SEK / m3.

    Städningen var ej heller godkänt , bland annat var köksfläkt kaffekokare samt grill var ej rengjord.

    “Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Ist vom Bäumen umgeben. Könnte aber mal wieder einen Außenanstrich gebrauchen. Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein. Schöner Poolbereich.”

    “Ett fint hus med många möjligheter. Poolen en dröm för våra barn och barnbarn.Ligger i ett lugnt område ett par km utanför Köpingsvik.Vi har varit här 2 ggr men dock börjar det bli ganska slitet.”
