Holiday apartment in a detached house just 30 metres from the sea, with a shared pool

The house is on a quiet side street very close to the sea.

A private parking area is available on site for up to ten cars.

The apartment in the basement has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a double bed. It can accommodate up to six people on request. The large and fully-equipped kitchen also has a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

The sandy beach just 100 metres away can be accessed free of charge all year round. The surroundings are fairly quiet. The area is ideal for hiking, fishing or surfing, as well as for those who would like to discover the baroque treasures in the Valle di Noto, between the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa. In the vicinity of the house there are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias. There are also a shopping centre and a pharmacy. Right in front of the house there is a stall with typical products from Modica cuisine.

A further sun terrace with a mounted pool measuring 6 x 4m, depth 1.4m, deckchairs and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower with warm water, is available for use together with guest from apartment 742307. Three bicycles are available. The house is easily accessible via a paved road. The owners do not usually live on site, but from time to time they use one of the two apartments.
