One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed (140 x 185cm) and an armchair into a single bed (75 x 195cm). The first floor has a master bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses each of 80 x 190cm), a bathroom and access to the terrace. The apartment has independently regulated radiators in all rooms.
