    “In 700 Metern war en Lidl, nebenan Mc Donalds und Aldi sowie ein Baumarkt mit einer Zooabteilung. Die Verpflegung fiel uns daher sehr leicht. In knapp 8 Kilometern ist ein Feriendorf am Silbersee mit vielen Möglichkeiten, den Tag dort zu verbringen. So haben wir einen Tag in der Schwimmhalle verbracht, haben Mini-Golf gespielt, konnten eine Allwetter-Bobbahn genießen, uns den Kletterpark ansehen und auch ein IndoorSpielplatz ist dort vorhanden. In ca. 37 Kilometern ist dann noch einer der größten Staudämme Europas zu sehen, wo ein TreeTopWalk und auch ein Kletterparkt besucht werden können.
    Das Braunkohlebergbau Museum in Borken haben wir auch besucht und uns dort mit einer tollen Führung Informationen über die damalige Zeit eingeholt. Die Burg auf dem Berg, welche vom Haus aus gesehen werden kann, konnte kostenfrei besichtigt werden. Der Ausblick dort ist ein Traum!!! Wir haben das Ländliche dort sehr genossen!!!”
